“Let-go means no competition, no struggle, no fight … just relaxing with existence, wherever it leads. Not trying to control your future, not trying to control consequences, but allowing them to happen … not even thinking about them. Let-go is in the present; consequences are tomorrow. And let-go is such a delightful experience, a total relaxation, a deep synchronicity with existence.” Osho

Anonymous asked: Hi, Do you meditate? If so do you feel it has changed your life/perspective in any way? Much love.

Yes! I was properly introduced to meditation throughout my time in a psychiatric hospital just a couple of years ago. I was undergoing many spiritual, mental, even physical transformations during this period, so I welcomed meditation with my scarred and skinny arms, with the little strength and faith I had left, so as not to disrupt this flow of love and light and fresh energy I was beginning to feel. After I was released, I continued basic meditation as a means of coping with whenever I was feeling particularly sad or distressed, but since then it has become a far more dedicated approach that I try to invest time in every day. I’m a much happier and healthier person than I was back then. I’m lighter and I’m learned.. and the most beautiful part, I think, is that there is no limit to how I feel, to how far I can evolve. The more we meditate, the closer to One we become. Namaste!

“The power and effect of a mantra depend on the spiritual attitude, the knowledge, and the responsiveness of the individual. The ‘sabda’ or sound of the mantra is not a physical sound (though it may be accompanied by such a one) but a spiritual one. It cannot be heard by the ears but only the heart, and it cannot be uttered by the mouth but only by the mind.” Lama Govinda
