Umm, I don’t know! I do recall a couple of years ago in hospital, the nurse told me I had lower than average blood pressure.. but I was heavily into drugs back then so I doubt the same would apply for now. I’m generally pretty healthy aside from the dozens of cigarettes I smoke. I drink plenty of water and I’m vegetarian.. Haha, honestly, I have no idea what all this means in relation to my blood pressure. What made you ask? Peace.

I eat a ton of fruit and vegetables, so most of my vitamins come direct from the source. That being said, I still take flax seed and fish oil capsules every morning. I’ve also recently started mixing spirulina in with my foods.
